About us

Plumbing across Byron Bay and the Northern Rivers

We are a plumbing business based at Byron Bay, and we travel to customers across the Northern Rivers. We do plumbing, drainage and gas work for homes, from emergency repairs and blocked drains to hot water systems, septic systems and bathroom and kitchen plumbing.

We have been in business for over 20 years. In that time the work has taken us through beach towns, river towns and hinterland villages, and into houses of every age. That is why we ask what the property is like before we turn up.

We do not have a shopfront. We come to the job, so the quickest way to start is to call us, or to send your town and a photo of the problem.

How we work

Four things we will not trade away

01

Water off first

Almost every job starts at the stop tap. Isolating the supply first protects your home while we open up the fitting or the wall.

02

Find the cause

A leak patched in the wrong place comes back. We trace a problem to its source before we cut, dig or replace anything.

03

Show you what we found

Whether it is a cracked pipe on a camera screen or a worn washer in your hand, we show you the cause so you can see what you are deciding on.

04

Leave it tidy

Offcuts, packaging and mud go with us. A job is finished when the area is clean and the water is running properly.

A typical job

From the first call to the last tap turned

Every job is different, but most follow the same four stages.

The call

Before we arrive

You tell us your town and what is happening. We ask about the age of the house, where the problem is and what you have already tried, so we arrive with the right parts.

The look

On site

We shut off the water where we need to, then find where the problem starts. We show you what we have found and explain the options in plain words.

The fix

The work

We carry out the repair or installation and test it under normal use. Pipes, fittings and fixtures are checked for leaks before anything is closed up.

The handover

Finishing off

We clean up, show you how it works and where the isolation points are, and mention anything else we noticed that might need attention later.
